Don’t you little kittens worry, I won’t sell any of your personal or contact information to any other companies. I won’t even put your info on spam lists (I’m nice like that). But, I also have to point out that Writing & Wanderlust / Katie Karambelas is not responsible for the privacy practices of any of my advertisers or my blog comment-ers. If I could actually control other people, don’t you think I’d be leader of the free world by now?

Reserve Rights

I reserve all my rights to change the focus of this blog, to shut it down temporarily or forever, sell it to the highest bidder (or lowest, but I’m not normally that dumb), or change the terms of use at my own discretion. I try not to change things too much but lets be honest, I can be pretty flighty sometimes.

Advertisers and Sponsors

Like I’ve previously mentioned, I can’t control other people (yet…) so please know that I cannot and will not be responsible for the actions of my advertisers or sponsors. Example: When you buy a product or service based on a link I’ve posted, you MUST take action with that exact company to resolve issues. I will not be able to help even if I really, really, really want to.

Letters to the Editor

If you send me letters, messages, tweets, or e-mails (or literally anything you send or say to me since I do blog personal stories as well), my policy is that I may share part or all of these with my readers. Of course, I try to keep your feelings in mind and will more than likely ask you prior to posting and I will keep it anonymous if that is your wishes or change your name. If I can’t get in touch with you or have a fast turnaround time, I may not be able to get your opinion first but promise to keep your feelings in mind when posting. Don’t be an asshole, and I won’t be one either.

As far as ownership of everything mentioned above, I claim ownership of anything written to me to use in any up-coming books, blogs or columns. Again, I will try to do you right but sometimes things happen and I can’t reach out prior.
